10. APPOINTMENTS & RESERVATIONS

11. DEPOSITS
Certain appointments require a reservation deposit.
Deposit requirements, when applicable, will be communicated prior to confirming the appointment.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, reservation deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when the Cancellation Policy has been satisfied.
Deposits are applied toward the total value of the scheduled service.
Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
12. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & LATE ARRIVALS
Because every appointment is reserved exclusively for each client, advance notice is respectfully requested whenever changes are necessary.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit.
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("No-Show") may be charged up to the full value of the reserved service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time in order to accommodate subsequent appointments.
Arrivals exceeding fifteen (15) minutes may require rescheduling at the sole discretion of Shasta Destination Skin.
Emergency situations may be reviewed individually; however, any exception remains solely at the professional discretion of Shasta Destination Skin.
13. PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices displayed on this Site are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
Prices, promotions, memberships, packages, services, educational programs, retail products, wellness tools, and future offerings may change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes will be collected where required by law.
