Long before I founded Shasta, I was fascinated by something far deeper than skincare itself.

I was captivated by the extraordinary intelligence of the human body.

It emerges when circulation improves, tension softens, inflammation settles, and the nervous system feels safe.

True beauty is not something we manufacture.
